Our mission is to strengthen the capacity of nonprofits to serve the people and communities of Mississippi. For the thousands of nonprofit organizations across the state, the Center is the primary source of management training, technical information, advice, answers, coaching and connection to vital resources.

Excellence in Action Nonprofit Certification Sessions

Coming Soon - Millsaps College, Jackson

Mississippi Center for Nonprofit's exceptional certification program is developed for board members, directors, nonprofit staff, and volunteers to learn nationally recognized nonprofit management best practices in a two-day series of workshops in an interactive learning environment. Organizations can receive certification by enrolling an executive director, a board officer, and a board member into the program and completing a peer review process with a Center Consultant. Consulting hours are included as a part of the organizational certification package. Individuals will receive EIA certification upon completion of the two-day "Boot Camp" style workshops.
