Articles of Incorporation - Don't forget to attach these to your form to avoid another $50 fee!

Form SS-4 - Employment Identification Number - To be filed with the IRS. Easiest way to do this one is via phone.

Unified Registration Statement - To be filed with the Secretary of State for permission to solicit funds $50
